You have 14 days to return or exchange your item(s) (from the time you recieve the prodcut to the time the product arrives back at our warehouse). You must contact us within 7 days of delivery receipt of that product. Once you have contacted us, you have 7 days to return the item. Returned items must be unworn, free of odor and have the tags still attached. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to us unless item is defective. ***Giveaway, Sales, Daily Deals, Stealy Deals, Clearance, Roulette, Doorbusters, FLOCKSTAR PRIME QUALIFYING ITEMS and Mystery items are all FINAL SALE. If an item is returned back to us that is deemed final sale, customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
To initiate a return, please email first @email@example.com . We will reply to you with the Return Authorization Form. We will not be able to process your return without it and we will need this form to be included with the return package as well. Please do not send back an item without first being sent the Return Authorization Form. We promise we send them quickly! Returns may take up to two weeks to process. Please keep tracking for your own records.

Once a return arrives at our warehouse, please allow us 5-10 days to process the return. We have hundreds of packages going in and out everyday, but within 5-10 days we get through them all! We process returns one day a week. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email that you have received a credit (make sure to check spam).
